Whenever you go on nature hikes, you discover new things. You observe rare creatures and plants. If you feel stressed, you should go to a public community park to refresh your mind. ( Not the playground kind of park, but a river and hike trail kind of park. ) Just look around in the woods. Isn't it amazing how God made all of this? Many people take it for granted. I like nature hikes most because you see more interesting things that you wouldn't ever see just sitting around at home. Just think about it. The fresh air, the rolling creeks, and the chattering squirrels. You should really look to going on hikes or even maybe camping! To go hiking, you don't need much supplies. All you need is a water bottle. And if you need to use the bathroom when you are in the middle of the woods, just go in the bushes. ( It's normal ) Anyways, refresh yourself with a brief hike!
