Breaking Bad Habits
First off, let's define the word "habit" A Habit is: Doing Something Without Noticing It Or Thinking About It.
There are two kinds of Habits. There are Good Habits and there are bad habits. Good habits are when you do good things when you are not thinking about it. Bad habits are the total opposite. To break bad habits, you need a goal. Say you have a bad habits of picking or biting your fingernails. You should probably keep something like a pencil in your hands, to give them something to do. Think of other goals for other bad habits you may have. Just use your imagination.........................
Back to School: Middle School Tips!
First of all, you need to know that middle school is a lot different than elementary. You must expect changes. On the first day, be confident and do your best to make friends. There is really nothing to be scared of. You usually have an orientation for school. ( An orientation is where you go when school is about to start and you need to know important information for the school year such as learning about locker combinations, and seeing where your homeroom and other classrooms are )
Boys: Boys are at the age where they are mischievous and have bad behavior. It's a part of life. Don't try to control them because you can't, and it's not your job. Most middle schools have school dances. You can go for the fast songs only, or you can go for the fast songs and slow dances. If a boy asks you to dance, feel brave enough to say "yes" or "no".
So those are just some basic tips on Middle School! If you want to know more, I advise you read the book A Smart Girl's Guide to Middle School from American Girl!
Well, this is Natalie Wheeling posting and I hope you keep commenting and checking out my blog!!

Nature Hikes
Whenever you go on nature hikes, you discover new things. You observe rare creatures and plants. If you feel stressed, you should go to a public community park to refresh your mind. ( Not the playground kind of park, but a river and hike trail kind of park. ) Just look around in the woods. Isn't it amazing how God made all of this? Many people take it for granted. I like nature hikes most because you see more interesting things that you wouldn't ever see just sitting around at home. Just think about it. The fresh air, the rolling creeks, and the chattering squirrels. You should really look to going on hikes or even maybe camping! To go hiking, you don't need much supplies. All you need is a water bottle. And if you need to use the bathroom when you are in the middle of the woods, just go in the bushes. ( It's normal ) Anyways, refresh yourself with a brief hike! This is Natalie posting and I will post some more stuff soon! Catch you later, alligator! Adios! Bye!

At the National Harbor, Maryland
I went to the National Harbor in Maryland. It is off the Potomac River and has beautiful scenery and the wonderful Gaylord Hotel. It was so fun! I brought my American Girl doll with me and everything! You can also ride the 180 ft Capitol Ferris Wheel. I have ridden it before. It is very high up. Afterwards I got some froyo. It was an amazing experience.
